Tulsi was used by the Greek Orthodox Church to make holy water, both for its spiritual and antimicrobial properties. Use this spray as a refreshing mist before meditation, when trying to focus at work or study, when travelling, or when you need a deep breathe/pause. I even like to spray this on my hands as a natural hand sanitiser because of its antibacterial effects and ethanol content!
