“Know Thyself” is a 3-month health journey that take you through the physical, mental and spiritual underpinnings of health. I use neuroscience, quantum biology, herbalism and philosophy to provide you with the most holistic education to understand your body on a deeper level and create your own sense of health sovereignty, so you can move forward in life with the understanding and tools you need to heal.

Clients usually notice a transformation and shift in their bodies symptoms, their relationship to their bodies, their knowledge and education of the body and their understanding of health and what it means. I feel like these are crucial underpinnings for experiencing health in our life time and it can often dictate how we experience our illness and disease. I believe health is not just physical, it’s also our experience.

About 1–2 hours per week to explore the modules, reflect, and integrate the practices. I find the more time you spend putting the recommendation into practice the more results you will see! However the change here comes from learning and awareness of your body. I don’t suggest changes that are not realistic, I work with what you are capable of changing.

Most clients experience shifts in digestion, energy, sleep, emotions, and deep understanding of their body and health. As you are educated on the body and how it works there is a sense of returning back to how our body is meant to function - as part of nature, and symptoms often begin to soften or improve.

Honestly, this is the best time to start. There will never be a ‘right’ time and waiting until you are better before you start healing is like cleaning the house before the cleaner comes. The thing that matters here is the willingness to change and heal - no matter what part of the healing journey you’re in. Having health issues and physical symptoms means you have more to get out of a program like this!

No-one can change you but you!! A good healer will not heal the person, but they will provide the space and support for the person to heal themselves. This is where true transformative, long-term change occurs. When you expect other people to heal you and fix your problems, you will never take your own responsibility. What I am offering is a space to learn your own health sovereignty by educating you on the neuroscience and biology of your body so YOU can make decisions and changes to your health moving forward. And if that’s not change then I don't know what is!
